Yeah I had the exact same thought seeing fonts I saw A LOT in 2013 and not at all in 2016.
I like it a lot, quick, easy to understand, AND paints a mostly realistic idea of how terrible it is to be a first time renter in NYC. Great job
Basically what Tyler Ford said. Again, really a fan of the site design and interaction on the whole, I think the copy just needs a tweak.
Huge fan of Android, and so glad someone took the time to make things cross platform 'compatible' but I'd be curious to see how many users use a mac only app and also have a android phone.

I really like the site design, however, the main hero wording mixed with the topographical map did not lead me to think this was a design agency.
The dell ultrasharp 2k and up monitors have always been fantastic, much cheaper, and on par with the thunderbolt displays. I highly recommend them.
I'm starting to think some people didn't pick up on the satire.

10 percent is more than generous. I always send something to people who refer me as a token of gratitude, but if he begrudgingly accepted and didn't make his terms known before the job, then he didn't have a back up plan or another person to do the job. You didn't even have to pay him that.
