Hey folks! Big thanks to Jeffrey for taking the time to answer some question from the community.

We're at the end of the designated time for the AMA. Thanks to everyone for taking part! Jeffrey -- completely up to you if want to answer any questions from here on out, but absolutely no expectations from our side!

    Thanks again!

    Beautiful, thank you.

Follow up (and potentially more difficult) question: Do you think there's a unique attribute that you have that has allowed you to get to where you are in the design world? Is there a skill that people overlook when it comes to progressing as a designer?

Thanks for being here Jeffrey! Really appreciate you taking the time.

Is there something you know now that you wish you knew when you first started out as a designer?

Also, so people know -- Halli has been kind enough to be available until 2pm PST. Any questions after that may not be answered!

    Thanks again Halli!

Question from someone who can't yet comment:

How does your team build case studies? Do y’all document as you go or have a team retrospective after the project launches?

How do you sell motion to clients?

Hey Halli! Thanks for being here : -)

What does success look like for you and your team? Has that changed since you started? If so -- how?

Hey Stephen! We can take a look and try to explain some of the bannings if you'd like. We try to only remove the content that breaks the rules set out in the guidelines. Although they leave some room for interpretation, it's our job to make the bannings consistent and clear. If you have a question about a specific case, please feel free to send me an email (hello@tinyboards.co) and I can give you a better explanation.

Yeah, we tried. It was probably a mix of things. It picked up over the past month from what I could see, to the point where most of the posts were immediately downvoted, and then slowly were upvoted back if the content was relevant. Best solution for us was to pull the downvoting all together. I honestly don't have a great answer for why we saw the misuse spike recently.
