Depends on the type of UX activity, your location and your experience. I can only speak to west coast rates, but research and analysis bring in the most at 100 - 150+ an hour for an experienced professional. For other design activities that do not perform any primary research on users you are more likely to see rates from 50-100 an hour, depending on experience, of course. Agency UX/UI rates are at around 50-85 per hour.
