This is awesome, congratulations!
Having worked at Area 17 in the past, I loved that they taught these techniques to developers too, front end and backend.

Lots of example of people doing this on Maker Success: http://makersuccess.com/
Primarily about Product Hunt, but lots of great advice about launching in general.
Might be stating the obvious here, but if you had both an Android and iOS wonder if PH would have been better for you :)
Anyone have an Android only app they got featured in the Play store and PH that they can share some numbers for?
Was a good discussion about that recently on Blab:

If you're in a conference room something with a noise filter/canceling will fix the echo problem. We've been using: http://www.jabra.com/Products/PC_Headsets/Jabra_SPEAK__510_Series/Jabra_SPEAK_510_for_PC
We mostly use Google Hangouts for the actual meeting, shared docs for notes on Google Drive.
Thanks! If you have any suggestions/comment you can post here or drop me an email me @ mubs.me
I just built a site for that :)
If you find other sources, let me know, I'm working on an update that allows people to customize and add other sources.
