The more times you do it wrong, the faster you will be at identifying what makes something right. Basically there is no substitute for number of hours doing actual design work.
You can avoid the 12x12x12 problem by using behaviors in Flinto https://youtu.be/mMQ7itrWK8o
I'd really appreciate hearing where you got tripped up in hopes of improving Flinto, and happy to walk you though prototyping in Flinto if you like. I'll send you an email.
I like the infinite canvas, but the powerful features for modifying lines you've drawn, and using guides etc are not that useful in my sketching, probably better for more finished drawings.
Yeah, that was a sketch bug that was fixed in the last version. I did notice if your symbol includes only a single group at the root level, it doesn’t import correctly, we’re looking into that but you can just ungroup as a workaround.
The new icon rules. Louie & Alexa are the best.
I've had this problem ever since getting an LG retina display.
It didn't change his life and he didn't sell out. It's a joke based on the controversy that arose after this tweet: https://twitter.com/eli_schiff/status/882625790860337152?lang=en
For a while, I was tracking my productive time in a spreadsheet. I figured "what gets measured gets improved". It worked, I started optimizing my time without really thinking about it and getting more work done, feeling like I didn't want to break my streak or lose out to yesterday.
I got tired of filling out a spreadsheet really quickly, so I started writing an app to make it ultra-easy. Then of course I got busy with other things and never finished and now I don't track time anymore :'(
