You're not alone – I've been using Processing to create interactive installations with Arduino and it's awesome!
I've been using Mixture for quite some time now and I'm thankful for it on every project. The Liquid template and JSON models features are irreplaceable, and differentiates Mixture from, say, CodeKit – as far as I know. At the same time you don't have to use these features if you don't need them. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try, since it's free now.
That said, it's very sad that the team behind Mixture won't be developing it further. I still hope that it won't just disappear like so many other good projects have…
been storing all my Sketch files on Google Drive for some time now, never had any problems!

Producteev isn't too bad, the mail-to-task feature is especially useful, and I find it has just enough features without being overwhelming!
Hello, neighbor!
in the process of moving back from Liepaja to Riga, Latvia!

I've switched over to Affinity for all my projects and it just feels smoother than Sketch. UI wise Sketch is more suited for web / UI design but it is also way more buggy. Affinity keeps surprising me with how solid it is. Anyway, I think that Sketch and Affinity play each in its own field, but Affinity Designer is a great alternative to Adobe for the graphic design work I do.
