I'm just going to leave this link to my, remarkably similar, old portfolio here: http://maxdc.co/v1/

Have to second Form here, both QC and Form have had orders of magnitude improvement in efficiency despite the steep initial learning curve.

Happy to say we're finally launching the product I've been working on the last few months.

We've already had some great feedback on producthunt: http://www.producthunt.com/posts/montage

Really interested in your guys thoughts! Also for those interested in the technical side the whole app is written in Dart!

This whole site seems a parody of the hamburger menu.

If it's already live or QC prototype then screen recordings work well then Import > Video frames as Layers in PS, crop and scale down to 800x600

Most I do are now in After Effects for a little more control and some extra stuff not available in PS, render the video then import into PS as above.

For simple scrolls, fades etc Photoshops built in Video Timeline can work well, then theres a little "Convert to frame animation" button in the bottom left.

As a rule keeping just one frame for static moments and lengthening the duration will save some decent size. (Rather than having 30 frames at 0.03 each for 1 sec)

I think its tough, case studies are great if you know the viewer is going to read through it all.

How to get their attention so they start reading is a little tricky… I'm experimenting with using videos to show some interactions that solve larger UX issues.
