    Interesting "tribal" modern look!

Hey Sacha, based on your feedback, I've actually adjusted the last slide! See comment above

Agreed. My goal is definitely not to promote any products, but to educate the product community as to what the best product practices are.

That’s why I’ve decided to change the last slide (after your feedback and Sacha’s) and ask the viewers what they thought of the extension overriding gmail. Good or Bad?

PS: I can understand how it looked… but I confirm Superhuman did not sponsor the case study. Hopefully, it’s better now.

Cheers, and thanks again to you guys for your feedback.

I don't disagree, but again, I believe there are two sides of this story.

Some people do become better and faster at writing emails with this app. So as long as it makes your life better, it's hard to be totally against it.

I'd be curious to hear more people about this!

Hi Sacha, honestly it depends how you see it. If you pay 30$/month for an email service and for some reason, old brain habits kick in, and you just type in gmail.com, it's a good way of bringing you back to a service that saves you time (2x) (and that you pay for!).

Plus you have the choice to "check" Remember my choice so you're no longer bothered by it.

If it were a freemium app or a trial, I'd be 100% on your side.

Totally understandable... Let's see how they cope with all of this!

Haha don't give up James... I actually got lucky!

I'm curious, after seeing the interface a bit... what did you think?

Hey Jerry, I had my doubts as well, but it seems like they plan to scale the 1-on-1 call. They have a lot of side benefits like retention and power usage as explained at the beginning.

Good question! I'm going to add it in the notes, but no the case study wasn't sponsored by Superhuman!

    Cheers
