    Hi there,

we developed a free plugin for Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and XD that allows you to search and download images from:

    • unsplash.com
    • pexels.com
    • pixabay.com

Would you like to try it and tell me what we could improve?

You can find it here: https://stocksolo.com

The plugin is and will be free. In case anyone has troubles with the installation, here is the manual installation: https://redokun.com/blog/stocksolo#installation-problems

Well, it does, but I also have no idea of how I can express better the quality of the content inside the post. Edit: somehow my comment was cut :/ - missing part is: I am available to consider any suggestion

I mean, of course as a single person you might not need all 200 scripts installed in your computer, and everybody can be bugged by whatever they want, and you might point out that you don't like the title, or the style of the post, or the selection, or that I forgot to add some script that you like and added some that you find completely useless.

I think that based on what you do with InDesign, all of those scripts might be a must-have to someone (maybe not those in the "others" category since with some I mainly wanted people to consider how much you can achieve with a script), but again, it took me 2 full weeks to write the first version of the post, and another 2 full weeks to update it - and I thing "200 must-have" compared to "200 random-selected" express way better the process, the amount of time and effort I put into making that list

“200 manually-selected and tested, after 1 month of research (divided in 2 years), InDesign scrips” was a bit too long

I just updated this list of scripts (before it had 105 scripts). Not sure how many people here use InDesign, but the first time I posted it was appreciated, so here it is. I am still looking for scripts to add, so if you have any suggestion please send them in my direction

  • Posted to Webinar: Optimize Your InDesign Files for Translation, Jul 05, 2018

    Hey everybody,

I see every day so many InDesign files that are going to translation (catalogs, brochures, instruction manuals, etc..).

Almost all of these files contain some basic issues that make the translation process a pain (both for the designer and the translator) and introduce mistakes.

With this webinar, I want to cover what happens during the translation of a document and what steps you should take to make your document translation-friendly.

The webinar is free. The first part will focus on what translators generally do, while the second one will be entirely dedicated to InDesign. I am not sure if many of you still use this software, but feel free to join if you find it interesting/useful

    fixed: typo

  • Posted to Illustrator shortcuts (Printable cheat sheet), Apr 03, 2017

Hello guys! A few weeks ago, I shared here a printable cheat sheet with the InDesign shortcuts I use the most. Immediately, people asked me to do the same with Illustrator. It took me a little bit, but I finally shipped it, and I would love to share it with you! Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments
