    This is also the same way I billed when I was freelancing: estimate a block of hours and bill for that, then when we're at 75%, we review what else needs to be done and estimate the next block.

    This is not enough. The emulator does a good job of showing how your app works, but it's not a good representation of how a user would use it, or if your design is usable at all (button size, text size, interference, etc. all come into play).

    Seems like a really Agile process. I guess it lines up perfectly with Creative Cloud's quicker update pace.
