I present two variations to my clients. One that I believe is the correct direction after research etc. and the second, what my client wants.
I then push my variation pretty hard, explaining why it works better. It's worked out pretty good so far, I can't recall a clients variation ever going live. I haven't had many freelance projects though, it's a side thing to my full-time.
Slightly deep, but the arthritis I suffer with. Nothing worse than a flare up during website launches. Thankfully, I've had very understanding clients the past couple of times it's happened.

I can't wait to try this out when I get home from work! Always wanted to get into Grav and build a site after hearing good things about it. You've finally gave me the motivation xD!
If you actually put the hash sign before the value, it would give you the correct result.
My guess as to what caused this in the first place is that somebody set it up to intentionally do this... I hope you don't try and come up with excuses about this if that is the case and just apologise.
