I usually start with the smallest resolution to design, and then scale it up. The thing here is you guys should know which device resolution is higher on your active users. This will eliminate the back and fourth discussion which resolution to based on designing your product.

Maybe they need help on educating/teaching them how invision works? And also to prove to them that it will lessen their effort of writing comments from excel and vice versa...

One feature that is missing I think, Is the suggestive features while searching for a particular character on a font sets. Especially if you have hundreds, thousands sans serif fonts :D

Dribbble hate is so old. My suggestion for you dude is to work/practice the things that you wanted to do. It can be on layout, ui, illustrations, motion, typography, etc. Dribbble has changed for the past years. And so is the community so just be good on commenting, liking and providing feedback. You can always hate on everything thats uploaded on dribbble but it doesnt help the community.

Make something thats give interest on the masses. Either be a concept or some idea that you wanted to do. :)
