Cool :) Props for taking the time to read the comments!
Nice. Even the incremental design rollout makes sense; a subtle refresh under the radar - keep' em coming.
If I had to nitpick... I'd wonder why the logo svg is 30px instead of 32. This way it gets a bit subpixeled on non-retina screens.
I was thinking the same.
Logo is OK at best, but the visuals are hard to digest. It's just not consistent enough to comprehend as a brand.
Hey guys!
Can you share the tech-stack behind? I heard that some designers occasionally code, that's why I'm asking.
Cheers :)

I might be a sucker for Jony Ive voice, but the "design film" always gets me.
No problem using Roboto at all, just mentioned because the lack of consistency.
Maybe they'll update it later, but Roboto now feels a bit weird on: https://github.com/home
It's a shame they had to include the old gradienty header-footer on other design pages. http://www.ibm.com/design/

No built in breakpoints, or any direct ui manipulation leaves you with a cleaner starting point. Of course it depends on the use case; in ui-heavy projects I'd like to control the bits.
Also, it is smaller, more literal, and was useful for me before, that's why I made it public.
