Maybe I'm more used to the iTunes layout of olde, but I'm not a fan of how every streaming service displays artists as a grid of images. I either want to see as many artists as possible (to get inspiration for something to listen to) or quickly find the one I am looking for. Also, it looks a little unpolished when you scroll through the list and have to watch the images load (particularly on spotify mobile).
Me too! That was a pleasant surprise. I can finally listen to the Beatles online
Several of the castles on the medieval page are real listings! That actually kinda surprised me...
very clever!
I think it's interesting that no one has mentioned Reddit as a community platform. Granted, some communities are higher quality than others, but I feel like the good ones are really good. Reddit has a good mix of dynamic and longform content and I have found the search to be reliable. What makes Slack or a traditional forum a better tool for online communities?
Thanks Charles! I'm from Santa Fe. Any recommendations for places to check out in Austin?
Well I'm in NY currently... isn't that where Digital Ocean is based?
I'm a big fan of Diigo. I actually switched from Diigo to Kippt because I liked Kippt's design and integrations a little more. I ended up switching back because Diigo seemed to have much better search capabilities and I liked the organization of bookmarks a little more.
