It should not really matter, I recently was asked to deliver a design in Photoshop for a large company, it took me 20% more time than it would in more modern tool, but this cost was lower to them than changing their handover process.
I think most designers with a bit of experience is able to work in any design tool easily. When given the choice I do still prefer Sketch, with the right plugins it feels really more like a power user tool to me than any other tools out there right now.
this community is super lovely, but how do you manage to catch up with everything though? haha
I'm kinda on the fence about Studio, It's cool to have competition with Figma/Sketch/XD but I use Invision Prototyping regularly and although the UI/UX is well done and relatively easy to use, it really lacks a level of polish, there are often small glitches and bugs that hinder my workflow. I can deal with this as I spend most of my time in Sketch and only occasionally throw together a prototype.
With Studio, which I assume is much more complex than Prototyping, concerns me that the small bugs and glitches will be much more annoying. As I spend much more time in a design tool than a prototyping tool. A small bug could really slow down my my workflow and productivity.
I live in the UK so I usually use the UK database for copyright: https://www.gov.uk/search-for-trademark
But the US one seems to work okay too: http://tmsearch.uspto.gov
They both seem to be keyword based though
So far I have not ran into any crashes bugs or unstable things.
2018? Here are two I'm planning on attending in 2017: UX Live http://ux-live.co/ (London) Kikk festival: http://www.kikk.be/2017/ (Belgium)
I wanna watch hours of this, super lovely!
I think Eyequant might be less accurate or useful than they want to be. Most of these websites are doing incredibly well, and have no issues converting.
Interesting, this does not seem like a problem I currently have, but I can understand it being a welcome addition to a healthy team workflow.

Downloaded it, and it's so pretty: the the interface and especially the iconography is incredibly well done!
Doesn't feel finished though, image fills, masking and not having a way to create reusable components are the first things that would hinder my workflow if I had to switch.
