However, can you guys please create some wireframing/IA kit for XD? It will speed up things for information architects cum designers like me.

The last project we did, some marketing executive at the client literally sent us a powerpoint deck with the design.

But then I thought jeez, still better than Microsoft Word file which I got some time earlier from a different client. Shit is real people.

There are no universal tips and tricks. What works for one brand won't necessarily work for another.

Just be honest about yourself. More honest you are with your words, more you will speak to people. Word-smithing works, but to only some extent.

Some things that work for me which I learned from masters and from my own experience:

1. Imagine you are a salesman and you are selling your product (your brand or yourself) to a person in front of you. Then note down the words you would say to that person in order to sell to him. (read Cialdini)
2. Be as visual as possible. More visual your language is, more convincing you will sound. (read Oren Klaff).
3. Read, read, read. Creativity is all about connecting dots, dots you already have up there in your brain.

Specific to "about" page, provide your philosophy, what you believe in (Here's what WhatsApp founders believe in), what you want to accomplish etc.
