Hi Jonathan, thanks very much for your input, you raise a lot of really good questions. All of this information will be published as we develop the apps. Part of the announcement was to find out if there's a call for such a product and to validate (or invalidate) our ideas. Of course it won't be for everyone but is seems there's enough interest.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. We really thought long and hard about that one. On one hand we wanted to make it easy, and on the other we wanted to be able to personalise emails etc. Hopefully it hasn't been too much of a barrier for people. We'll see I guess.
