Hey, I think that is definitely possible. It's just the types of projects you may be working on that makes a difference, but how the team is structured and how responsibilities are distributed across team members can be the same.
Of course, you may need to make little tweaks to make this strategy fit your company model, but I think it's just fine... No hardcore changes...
Take a look at how the design team at STRV is managed in this detailed article :)
Curious to hear about how your teams are managed/structured, anyone up to for a follow-up discussion?
Yes, that's correct. I use Readymag for multiple projects now. Also, I wrote a quick article about it if you need more information - https://t.co/cE34dc0pSS
Hey, yes, all wallpapers were made internally by our lovely colleague Michelle (www.instagram.com/michelle_condenar/). Feel free to say hi and write her something nice. She's freaking out about the site getting popular today xD
Fixed. Added "Download all" button into the bottom of the Index page
Got it, I'm on it!
Hey Mariusz, what we can do better to improve the experience? Right now it's kind of a light-weight solution of Readymag site + direct links into our GDrive folders.
I may have less followers than you'd expect (and justify as a measure of success), but the goal is engagement. This ebook was written to encourage designers to document & share what you are working on + connect with the community. Same thing I did to build my profile.
Thanks for a report CJ, I'll ping our dev guys to see what's wrong..
Hey guys Ales here! I'm one of the designers behind the new STRV website. Thanks Maxwell for posting our site here :)
