Provocative opening with a mild body... Seriously, it needs a blurb providing the gist of it. As it stands it's just a pushy arty project.

Hopefully off to the side. It'd be more ergonomic. In fact I could see them replacing the keypad with that.

Sad thing is I use Windows so unless some fancy hackery happens (which I'm hopeful someone will), it could mean I should stock up on the current apple keyboards.

This is very neat but I can't help but fight the website. Those damn fancy kids with their scrollable parallax image flips things. It serves no purpose.

Can I ask - how do you work with desks set up like that, staring at each other's face, in a small echoey space, with those chairs and laptop screens at gut level?

Don't get me wrong, the place looks awesome, but there is no way I could 'work' like that.

Sketch's usage is very high, maybe because this is about Avocode?

Titles should be "How designers on Avocode worked in 2015"

A designer with a lot of experience, a wide range of capabilities and willing to work for the wage of an intern.

That's so very true. It's so true I can't even comment on it beyond saying READ THIS.

I never bought into this crap in my career and I've always been the outsider, the contractor. It's grimy from out here. We don't get the same level of relationship. But we don't get spewed out like a used chewing gum.

Simple fact, I've never been carefully listened to, and my opinion valued, as much than since I've become an expensive contractor. As an employee, even as a lead developer, I would speak, just to get contradicted. And it was a roller coaster to shitfuck with me in the front seat and no steering wheel.

Don't buy into the corporate <3, at the end of the day, you're a cog.

That was highly sarcastic. I've worked in Advertising, Digital studios, web startups and enterprise software over the years.
