Note on the choice of green: it's quite similar to the colour used by Kickstarter.

- 7.10 - 8.00 — Shower & Breakfast
- 8.00 — Leave the flat
- 8.40 — Arrive at work / Coffee / Check daily planner (I forget everything I don't write down)
- 9.00 — Social media & Emails
- 10.00 - 13.00 — Work
- 13.00 - 13.30 — Lunch
- 13.30 - 17.30 — Work
- 17.30 - 17.45 — Write down tasks for following day
- 17.45 — Leave work
- 16.00 - 19.30 — Gym or Football
- 20.00 — Dinner & Meal prep for following day
- 21.00 - 22.30 — Personal work / Watch TV / Hang out with flatmates
- 23.00 (ish) — Bed
My daily routine is quite rigid due to the 9-5 job but evenings have some room for movement. I'm not going to insult your intelligence and say I have the motivation to get to the gym every day.
