Isn't the urge to be notified about time change is based on not trusting technology? Historically technologies were not smooth and intuitive. We expected it to explain what it does.

But great technology should not bother us. We should live our lives even without a thought that there is DST time change. Technology must take care of it.

Remember Windows constantly showing popup that something is happening with computer: security, updates available, firewall is off...
