Thanks for the feedback Liam but I think you missed the point of the argument happening in this thread. This wasn't talking about whether or not you would have to continue to pay every year, it was to prove that this is a subscription model despite some people's naiveness.
Your argument makes no sense. This IS a subscription model. Subscription does not imply renting something. Going back to Tristam's argument to a magazine subscription. When your 1 year ends and you decide not to renew, do you then have to return every magazine you got during that 1 year? No! Were you still signed up for a subscription within that year that you were paying for it? Yes! This is not that hard to grasp ...
DOH! I see where bundles is now. :\ My bad.
How do you find these in the actual app?
Vim for the win! Sublime and Atom just wish they could be as hot as Vim and are as buggy as nothing other.
This is sick! Love it!
After reading a lot of useless articles here on Designer News it's nice to hear a fresh voice with something valuable to say. Though I already knew what you were teaching, you come at it in a new way that is both helpful and compelling. Thank you for this!
Pretty cool website marking the evolution of the web. Well done to the author of this site. Only wish the design was better towards the more recent dates ... but what can you do.
I have to agree here. I've used Airmail, I have used Polymail ... they dont come close to Outlook (at least for the business side of things ... use the others for your personal mail all you want). The reason I like Outlook is because it just works. I typically rage on Microsoft products but they do know how to do mail. I had to many buggy issues with Airmail and Polymail, especially around search. Go with Outlook!

It's a classic case of a guy who can talk the talk but can't walk the walk. I started ignoring him after I saw his work. Maybe one day he will look to improve himself rather then tear others down.
