A dedicated issue tracker is an invaluable tool on larger projects, or even when you have many smaller ones.

I've been using YouTrack by JetBrains and the searching and scoping functions make it easy to sort through tons of projects with different feedback sources. Issues are auto-imported from an email address, and when we're ready, moved directly into a development/bugfix queue for developers.

I've been previewing icons by deploying them as precomposed web clip icons.

So the workflow is this: - Create an HTML page with the appropriate tags to the icons - Host it all on Dropbox - Use Add to Home Screen - Tap an icon from the home screen to refresh the icon file - Add to home screen again if you want to add another iteration
