Hey there!
I'm Sean, one of the co-hosts of Does Not Compute. Our aim is to talk about every day life as a modern web developer, including best practices, new things we're learning, or anything we might find interesting or helpful as developers.
I wanted to post here because I've been lurking around DN for quite a while now and I've gotten a lot of value from listening to discussions happening between designers. My hope is that we could also give back to those designers by fielding questions about development, or even just giving an inside look into the world of programmers.
I'd love to chat with anyone that is interested at all or has any questions!
No, TB4 now shows favs and retweets in the activity stream.
Apart from that I thought it was great! Just don't break the back button!
Back button + pushstate so people can link to individual pages.
Another +1 for Statamic. It's been killer so far, and v2 is just around the corner. WELL worth the money.
I really like the idea of the horizontally scrolled menu for mobile (similar to apple.com) over another modal. BUT, this one feels sticky and slow and frustrates me.
I like that animations too, but getting to the information should be easier.
For example: http://cl.ly/image/1O0K2b440S2K
Upload Music. I got it, but what does that mean? Oh I have to look at the bottom for a pretty small button to click for another animation to happen before I can even read about that feature.
On top of that, if you click anywhere on that new panel that slides up you are just taken back to the main view.

I found this writing very enlightening regarding that subject.
