You've got a lot of things right! The design on the content area is good and clean with a clear visual hierarchy, the font usage is quite consistent, and you've got seemingly good quality content.
What makes it feel a bit dated is the header, footer and frontpage. I would suggest removing or reducing the drop shadows, remove the hover-glow on the main menu and maybe give the header and footer the same background as the rest of the site (#F0F6F8).
Instead of the front page you have now – that over explains things – I would suggest using the blog or one of the other pages as your front page. Maybe add a hero area?
Another thing I liked is that you've managed to avoid the temptation to use a hamburger menu icon on narrow viewports. Now people can get a clear picture of what's on the site at a glance, without having to hunt under an icon.
I must also admit that the sites name – "Tommy's stuff" – actually got me a bit curious as it doesn't follow the naming convention we're used to these days :)
Keep up the good work!

They've recently been acquired by InVision, which probably is a good thing :)
