Actually, you're going to want to check out https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/examples/ – mapbox.js is the library to use if you want our older image tile maps - mapbox-gl-js is the library for our vector maps and it's what works with styles made with the new Mapbox Studio.

It's a cleanly implemented page that communicates well, but you can tell it was designed on a desktop monitor.

I'm on a 13" screen and it's difficult to follow. The header is too tall (120px!?!), and the padding and margins should be cut by at least a third across the board.

One other gripe: no way to see pricing without first creating an account. This is an annoying design pattern.

Vector export is possible and could be added in a future release, if there's a demand. Work would need to be done to ensure the resulting SVGs are clean and easy to use.

TileMill is related in the sense that it's also a map design tool with a cartoCSS interface. Under the hood, the two tools are totally different. The biggest difference is that Mapbox Studio relies on streaming vector tiles for data. The advantage of this is that you can style massive worldwide data sources instantly, without waiting around for anything to render.
