thanks, will revisit webflow... from past experiences though, the idea of mixing sketching / fast idea generation on a responsive canvas with "production level code output" quickly limits the app in one end or the other. maybe im doing it wrong but there's a gap there... and why any screen design app hasn't copied indesigns character/paragraph settings panels already... big mystery
There's still a big gap where Macaw used to be (or aimed for). Gimme Sketch+responsive layout+webkit rendered text and i'll have the tools I need for a while.
10 points for this mouseover
Very thorough.
The only thing I didny get is why the t-rex @ a 60hz/fpsscreen only gets 9 frames for 1 sec of movement. Should be 60 frames (per second) ?
Too bad it updates just as poorly as the smartfolder hack. Would have been really usefull if it didn't. Hoping the Photos app has a feature like this that accually works.
Not impressed.
The site is labled "visual stastistics" but where are the visuals? Give me at least one pie chart, i know you love them. Clicking on a fact gives you nothing more then you already knew, so whats the point? Disgustingly over compressed jpegs. Somewhat awkward navigation.
Feels very on-brand though.
Mind … blown!
cool car, my biggest concern is the onepage layout who adds sections I've scrolled by to the browser history...
Makes sense …

well this is very sad news. especially thinking of what it means for the mini and the mac pros futures...
What options do have we have now, im sure the apple+lg display is of good quality but the design of that thing is horrible. The cinema display has set the standard, i know it sounds awful but i cant imagine a top performing design studio (where i'm at or any) filled with those lg monitors.
what other options are there?
