Also, Bootstrap 4 will be using SASS - the first alpha was just released a few days ago.
This is the only notable thing in my settings (actually keybindings) file. The default ctrl-tab behavior drives me crazy - I prefer it to work like switching Chrome tabs.
Did they just drop WebObjects? I think that makes the iTunes Store the last notable place using it.
I think it depends on what sort of forum you're trying to build. A lot of the more nice-looking, minimalist options here (Discourse, especially) seem like they would be great for something more ephemeral and impersonal like a technical support forum, but I've yet to see a real community spring up around anything other than vBulletin, ugly as it is.
I think there's a reason all the largest forum communities (Something Awful, Bodybuilding.com, NeoGAF, Facepunch...) have stuck with it. It's familiar to previous forum users, and its social features are just unmatched by everything else.

I think that might be precisely the point - to present Messenger, Groups, and so on as pseudo-separate services, since the Facebook brand is beginning to turn off younger users.
Consider the website for Messenger. The only Facebook mention on the front page is hidden away in the footer.
There's a price premium but I'd say it's worth looking for a 16:10 monitor. It'll match the Macbook's aspect ratio and (I think) it's nicer overall. I have an Asus VS24AH-P which has been pretty good for the price.
