I think that it's really a matter of personal preference and speculation mate. At the end of the day, most self storage units are meant to last you a really long time - as long as you make use of the space well enough. If you think things are getting too crowded but you're sure that the items are going to be worth the expenditure on more space, that's really up to you at the end of the day. It's not really a decision that we can make for you!
I reckon that you should shop around for the various options for digital storage solutions. Especially if you're going to need a fair amount of space, it might be worthwhile to ask someone to customise a quote for you to accommodate all this information that you're going to be parking in there over the years. Also check your local requirements for document storage (1) too, to make sure you comply!
This is really too subjective mate. I know way too many people who have their own issues and going out of the house isn't going to make them any more efficient or better at doing things. It's great to be out and about for sure, but whether or not it makes you able to change the world... That remains to be seen...
Just because it comes from Tesla, it doesn't mean that it's going to work for everybody. I mean if you understand the way that the company markets itself, it's obviously targeting a certain type of person who is able to afford their products for the glamorous exchange of being called socially conscious. They're going to work a lot harder to get more people on board their "life-changing" technologies....

Everything in work these days is about planning isn't it? If you've got lots of planning, then I reckon that you will be able to map out what you need done and what you're going to do better. At the very least you should know what kind of procedures you have so you can gauge a timeline and work from there
