I'd argue that this is worse than a normal keyboard. What it gains in versatility it loses in physical feedback. Ever try to touch type on an iPad? Super tough.

I dunno about the "R", as well as a number of other characters in the typeface they developed. That leg sticks out way too far and makes for some awkward spaces when kerning. Not bad overall though.
