After Effects - Need help!

Hi,

I'm am working with a template and i just can't get rid off a bug (very strong flickering white light). My deadline is tomorrow and i don't expect the template owner to reply so soon, so i really need your help.

    Do you have the 2 plugins installed that are needed?

    Element 3D v2, Optical Flares

    Quick Fix, stop on the certain frame, check your keyframes, and check all effects on your list, walk even trough your precomps to find the layer who is causing this.

    For now i guess you didn't installed Optical Flares, therefore the effect won't be applied on a layer which might be white...

    Not really sure what your problem is. Based on the example you've shown, shouldn't the white light be there to show reflection from the diamonds?

      Hi James,

      White light should be there, but in my case it is very very strong - some times the whole screen is white..

        Is it a setting in the template somewhere? I don't know not having the template myself so quite hard to explain.
