Soo.. how is this different from sending an email asking for feedback? Most companies don't share feedback either because it's hard to do it for everyone that applies / gets an interview, they are worried about getting sued or getting into a long conversation, etc. And as much as I'd have liked a solution to the problem, this app does nothing to address that.
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, we agree that having companies to give out feedback is one of the biggest challenges we need to address. We have 2 ideas that we are evaluating right now.
- Candidate gives feedback first to the interviewer before asking for feedback
- Add a public page of a list of companies by feedback response rates
Just sending out an email is one way but you can do that more easily on the app and you will get a place to keep track all your interviews.
I see, if you implement those two ideas then the solution will make much more sense. I'd happily use it once that's all out. You should also think of ways to make it easier for employers to send feedback, I've been in both positions and it's not easy. Default fields to guide the feedback would help.
