Icon management in 2018?

almost 2 years ago from , Unicorn

How do you do it? I'm using a mix of Font Awesome, Nucleo and custom icons in multiple projects and it's starting to get out of hand.

Other developers and designers are using both macOS and Windows, with Figma as the main design tool.

I'm using Nucleo, not only for their icons, but to manage my other icon sets, including Font Awesome.

I use IconJar, works pretty great now that more and more icons designers provide their icons in the IconJar format.

    I use icomoon.io.

You can group different icon fonts or select individual icons from multiple fonts so the font size isn't bloated with unused icons. Custom svgs can be uploaded so you're not restricted to the same generic icon fonts. Everything compressed into a single file (multiple file formats) and svgs files.

I am using only Font Awesome. Currently, their collection totally fits my needs.
