    Seems interesting.

From an employer perspective it definitely makes sense, as in most of the cases, the results of potential designers that could be hired either to join a team or as a freelancer are almost the same.

Everything's usually based on the following on Dribbble etc and you rarely pay attention to the portfolio or the actual skills and experience of a designer who doesn't have thousands of followers.

Are you using any particular way to sort results or is it completely random?

Thanks for your 2 cents. I'm glad this idea makes sense and you can resonate.

      To answer your question:

It's random. Designers that meet your filter criteria, will get sorted randomly. After that, you'll be able to select as many as you like and e-mail them.

    "as a designer"

So basically this site allows non-designer people find random designer jobs. Am I right?

except for the purpose of the site itself, fancy design though. I might would be ok to include use much more contrast when using the colours but this is just a personal opinion.

You're partly right - this site allows non-designer people hire designers.

Also, thanks for your 2 cents on the design and for sharing your personal opinion.

The thing is, we thought that random sorting will give equal opportunity to everyone.

Don't get me wrong, it's hard work to gain followers and be easier discoverable, for example, at Dribbble.

But gaining followers as a model, doesn't scale. It's even harder now to climb the 'followers' ladder as a new one - and it will only get harder.

That's why we thought random sorting upon search is the ideal.
