I don't want to be negative, I enjoyed the article, but the article was really hard for me to read. Not the writing itself, but the way you handle body text on the page makes it hard to follow. For me, it was a bit too small and the line-height too big, so the lines and words seemed kinda lost in space. While bigger line-height and letter-spacing attributes are great for Headers and Quotes, for bigger chunks of smaller text it doesn't work well in my opinion :)

I find the use of (s)he to be jarring - why not just use they instead?
Just finished reading this, and found it very refreshing. It's a fantastic method that should be considered for adoption at a handful of places I've worked. Great shout on the collections in Abstract as well - I didn't know about this.
