I'm curious how you or your team handles incoming requests for design work, and how that gets organized/prioritized. I'm more interested in feedback from a team within a company (i..e multiple departments), and less so the freelance-style "one-off" projects, but any insight would be appreciated.

I've been thinking about creating a "ticket" system (similar to Github) where people can create their briefs. Any software recommendations (must be scalable to a team) would also be extremely helpful.
