Top left corner... :D just a bit of sarcasm. I'm glad the logo is tiny, mainly because clients are always asking me to “make the logo bigger“.

Good call. Almost too small to see, which also creates a visual imbalance in the header.

Bold font-weights = ❤️ The Apple logo looks weird with outline. Maybe have it in a oval, like with Dropbox?

It drives me nuts that the dropdown has an "in" animation but not out - though I admit, this is personal preference that drives this one.
Your uh... Medium logo in your footer is a bit outdated. Don'tcha think?

It looks like the transition is on ".with-sub:hover .sub", so when you hover, the transition fires, but when you unhover you go back to just ".sub" and there's no transition applied on that class. I think if you move the "transition: transform 0.2s, opacity 0.2s ease" from ".with-sub:hover .sub" to ".sub" it will work.
