nice one. what is the font license? is it webfont compatible?
It's an OFL (Open Font License: http://scripts.sil.org/OFL). And there are webfonts included in the download. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for the interest!
This looks really good.
Some obvious kerning pairs I spot right away: LT LV OM UA 74. Some are too tight, some seems untouched. And all pairs of (letter.) and (letter,) (for example A. and A,)
Cool. Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep tweaking.
Are you using anything special to view pairs? I just have a large text doc with a huge assortment of them. Not sure if that's the best way.
I believe what you have is the way to go at a high level.
I do not use anything special - just type them out in different programs (ai, psd, word, ppt, etc).
For detailed level, I usually look at all possible pairings: lowercase lowercase lowercase punctuation uppercase uppercase uppercase punctuation uppercase lowercase numeral numeral numeral punctuation numeral uppercase numeral lowercase uppercase numeral lowercase numeral
Awesome. Thanks for the response. I made some tweaks last night and got a new version up with some of the glaring kerning oversights taken care of. Thanks a lot for your help!
Looks really balanced Jamie!
GLORRRRRRRRIOUS!
Well done mate. Kudos to you for offering the free/donation for download option too!
Each little gesture like that restores my faith in humanity... then I see a news story about Bieber or Cyrus and all that goes out the window... :S
Great work. Nice one for the link to donate to the IJM too, top lad!
This is nice. I really like it.
Thanks for all the encouragement guys. I really appreciate it.
This is fantastic, thanks! Will use.
I like it!
Congratulations, producing a typeface is a big deal! Looks nice.
Thanks Zander!
As this is my first font, I'm sure there are some kerning pairs that aren't perfect, so if you catch anything that isn't working right, please let me know. And any other feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.
Really nice, well done.
Great job, Jamie! Very nice!
