    I agree with this a lot. Esp if you're understaffed or have very quick turns. Get it out, validate it's use, tweak based on actual use. Clean it up and dial it in later. Many times the "clean up" sprint ends up tackling a few things all at once... making the overall result tighter than if too much time was spent initially on the individual task.
