Warning: This app might destroy any revision of any document from any app in the whole operating system: https://github.com/yo-op/sketchcachecleaner/issues/1#event-1160456786
Anyone can confirm that it will delete your revision history? It's one of the features I love and rely on the most.
This is why I'm working towards (hopefully) getting into the Abstract workflow.
Does that fix the issue? Won’t document history still be saved for documents Sketch opens?
I just mean using a different version control process
Right, yep. I still think the version files that this tool addresses will still be created.
It says I can clear 268GB. Seems too good to be true and also scary!
the commands used can be found in the repo here: scripts
Just cleared 11GB and hadn't found any issues with it destroying revisions from other apps on my system.
Hey! I met a problem when I use Sketch Cache Cleaner. 「Unable to open Sketch Cache Cleaner」 But my security setting is to allow other sources. I don‘t know how to handle it....
Go to Security on your Mac and you will probably see a button "Open Anyway"
Hi,Antonia A. I have tried this way, but still can‘t open...
You are giving too little info about your problem.
If you right click and choose Open, it should ask for permission and continue.
Hi,Marc. I have tried, but there is no request for permission
Looks awesome, I've been waiting for something like this.
Is it really that scary with the command line that you need to hide the execute of a single command behind a pretty app?
Don't take this as hate btw, I think y'all done a great job. I'm just genuinely curious if the terminal seems that harrowing to some?
That is absolutely awesome. I just cleared out 8 gigs of space on my HD in one click. Thanks guys!
This is really well done. Thanks for sharing, Marc!
