I kind of disagree with what's proposed in the article. First, creating class names for every element takes times and there are lots of people who are not very good at finding relevant class names in a timely manner. So, there is an obvious productivity issue. Second, if your code is well thought on the semantic side, you're not supposed to change the structure that much. Tag selection guarantees better semantic structures, better readability and better productivity. My opinion anyway :)
