    As someone who has played around a lot with telescope, I believe you.
    But it might be easier to set rules for accounts that are under a certain age or post count. Those not yet proved accounts could be limited to one post a day. Or perhaps their submissions instead of being immediately posted on the site could go through a moderator approval process.

Pretty sure it's one of those idiot 'SEO' agency who is trying to backlink their client's website. I've dealt with an agency like this. It's atrocious.
