Startup Graveyard—avoid making the same mistakes as failed startups (startupgraveyard.io)

Curious to know if the reasons for failure are based off of communications with the startup teams or just anecdotal observations from this site's creator..??
Every startup launch: We're going to change the world of X with our service Y.
Every startup "we're shutting down" email: We forgot to actually charge money for Y.
I find it weird that a business model with a 90% failure rate baked-in is hero-workshipped.
This is a really good idea. I think it works well with other sites, like Autopsy.io, however it could use a little work. It loads really slow, images seem extremely low res, not a lot of info, etc. Good idea and with continued work I think it could be great :)
Not so good looking but there's one comprehensive site called, [Autopsy](autopsy.io).
This is a pretty cool service, I've often wondered why some of these went down. Our forefathers, LayerVault, aren't included here though, and It would be awesome to see them added.
Working on a personal startup myself. Awesome resource. Kinda daunting to be honest. Scary to see really smart people fail at something. But they usually end up doing something else way more impressive with their new network. Gives my partner and I a lot to discuss through.
