Honestly, Mailchimp should focus more on their email customisation systems, better integrations and fundamental structure. Currently they spend more time and effort on marketing campaigns rather than catching up to their competitors.

Alessandro Stigliani, over 6 years ago Well where i currently work we are using the pardot/mandrill combo, but TBH Sendgrid is probably the best emailing solution out there.

I don't even know if you can call these "marketing campaigns"… at this point as a MailChimp customer I'm basically paying their employees to work on fun side projects. Good for them, I guess…
