Just a quick survey to understand Vector artists' needs.
I use SubScribe, a free plugin by Astute Graphics. I can't be without it
Yep, SubScribe is an amazing plugin. While not free, VectorScribe is also great.
GuideGuide is currently the best in seeing up grids and guides on both. I agree
Before migrating to Sketch for UI design, I depended heavily on Specctr for generating specs in Illustrator.
Also, I use an assortment of scripts, especially Murdoch Carpenter's ExportAndroidResPNGs.
What does it do?
Hasn't this been dead for awhile?
No. Because you can have multiple versions of Illustrator on your machine.
Scriptographer… oh shit. Thanks adobe.
Doesn't really use anything rather than 'script panel', which allow you to bind ANY hotkey to ANY scripts (which you can't do that by default and seems like Adobe doesn't really care about it) Save tons of time for some specific case that require automation via scripts.
I use this one Though there are several other plugin from other author.
Besides, there isn't much interesting modern plugin for illustrator out there. Heard someone said that :(
None. Every time I buy one it doesn't work with the next Illustrator release. I use a lot of brushes though
What are your most used brushes?
I like stipple brushes though they chew up memory
could you link some of the ones you `like?
