  I agree. Snoozefest. The choppy letters mess with my eyes too I feel like they have a million directions they could of gone

    For me, the letter style is NASCAR. If they were to change that, I'm not sure how I would feel.

As a designer who happens to be a huge NASCAR fan, this logo is an example of a great refresh IMO. Much cleaner, workable and readable -- but still familiar and accessible to fans. Curious to see what the treatment looks like on a white background, though ... I hope they reverse the type rather than keep it trapped in a black box.
