I am not talking about features or bells, or whistles. I want to know DN's opinions on what are the coolest looking cameras available to buy right now.
Leica Q for me. So clean and sexy. I've been pining after one for months:
Pen F is sexy as hell.
This one ain't bad
I-1 designed by Teenage Engineering for Impossible Project
I did not know Teenage Engineering did that one. How do I get their business model of "take your time building whatever cool shit"?
I love the Fujifilm x100t look!
I love the x1000t. I have an x30 and it is fantastic.
Sigma DP Quattro
I love Leica's minimalist work on the T and TL lines:
On the other end of the spectrum, I love the deeply-themed beasts from RED:
Leica or Hasselblad anyday
I like the Fujifilm X-Pro2. Hard to beat the Leica aesthetic, though.
I'm using a Fujifilm x100s. You can't go past a camera that looks like an actual camera.
I love Fujifilm design. It's so vintage and practical at the same time!
Polaroid SX-70. Transforming and reloading always felt satisfying.
Lomography Fisheye Baby. It's just so funny and cool.
Leica TL is pretty awesome
Upvoted on that Q as well. They've really simplified so well.
The black Contax G2 is gorgeous!
You can get an Nikon EM for 30$ on Ebay. It's simple and gorgeous. And analog.
I just bought the Nikkor 50mm f1.4 AI-S for my full-frame. Solid, beautiful makes, back then.
Depends on what you, personally, think is "cool"? I'm with X-pro2 guy (I have an X-pro1)
Leica M... so nice.
