Warning: Avoid Site5 for hosting like the plague

I've been trying to cancel my service with them for over a month, and I just got charged for another month today.

I used them in the past for lightweight client work. But this experience has soured my entire opinion of them. I signed up for a new service, and I couldn't access the dashboard to manage my service. My account actually stated that I had no active services. I then sent in 3 tickets over the course of a month trying to get it solved, and eventually connected support on live chat. The result of 3 hours talking to live chat? I got my initial month refunded, but no account cancelation, and now I've been charged for another month.

Anyway. Avoid them. If this is an example of their service now I couldn't recommend them.
