    These look nicely done and I'm always tempted but then I have horrific flashbacks to the times in the past where I've tried to use 3rd party templates or themes for quick jobs and then a client has asked for a minor tweak and I lose a million hours in code soup.

    But they look nicely done.

      In the past our team used to create websites for clients too. And we used to use ready to use templates like many other. And -- yes -- we suffered the same problem. Time has passed and today we create tools by ouselves for agencies and designers like us. And we definitely know how to make them happy.
