Pipeline — Freelancer & Agency Projects Delivered Weekly (pipelinedaily.com)

This has all the marks of a scam service:
I never signed up for a service like this (they're not the first) so I could be wrong, but what I'd expect is the same leads taken from job board sites that you could easily subscribe to yourselves.
Not to mention it totally looks like it's basically paying for something that's a glorified job board with the possibility of getting a project becoming lower and lower as their subscribers base grows.
If it was a job board that that would at least be honest - instead of making it free and available to all designers, it would just be available to the designers who subscribed. But if it's anything like other similar sites, it will just scour existing, free job boards and give you leads from there.
An interesting idea, but the price is a bit steep for me.
Fair enough - I suppose price would depend on the quality you receive (I think we need more lead examples on the web page, which we're working on including soon)
I'd pay $49 for sure, but I'd have to experience it before I could commit to that amount. "First week is free" or "First week is 5 leads and is free" or something like that might help you land a LOT of paying customers.
A lot of freelance networks show the leads for free and then capture percentage on the back side of the deal. It's 15-20+% in a lot of cases, and that is way more than $49 so I see tremendous value here if the leads are quality and they end up materializing even for one big project.
agreed. "15 incredibly high quality project leads delivered every Monday" has me skeptical of both quality and quantity until i see something.
very skeptical of how this model will scale. 15 leads a week, but thousands of freelancers seeing them. could lead to a lot of frustrated customers.
Hello all - sharing something I made. It's a product called Pipeline. I'm a UX/UI designer myself and understand the issue that a lot of freelancers have - dry spells, poor quality work and low paying clients.
I wanted to scale up the system I use myself to find leads, and bring it to up to 150 users (all we can handle right now!).
Pipeline sends users 15 handpicked project leads every Monday, in a variety of categories (UX/UI design, full stack dev, agency dev, front-end, backend, copywriting etc.).
We're hoping to build up more leads submitted directly through the Pipeline platform, so if you're hiring, please send us your projects.
Still a few kinks to work out, but happy with the progress so far.
Images aren't displaying properly on the homepage for me. Links appear to be working but the srcset="" portion breaks it for me in Chrome.
